SAY AMORE CLIENT AGREEMENT The artist grants the client non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal use only. THE CLIENT MAY NOT: Resell, distribute, or reproduce the artwork for commercial or personal sale without prior written consent from the artist. Modify or alter the artwork beyond the permitted scope. Use the artwork in a manner that misrepresents the artists original intent or brand. The artist retains full copyright of the artwork. This agreement does not transfer copyright to the client. Any unauthorized use outside the agreed upon terms may result in legal action. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon signing this agreement. The remaining balance must be paid before shipment by the artist. The client may request up to two revisions before the project is complete at no extra cost. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees. Revisions may impact completion and delivery dates which will be communicated by the artist. Any and all projects are dept confidential unless the client agrees via email to allow the artist to reproduce it on the Say Amore website.
